Refunds policy
1. Refunds
If you attend a Wanted Man Event and it’s not what you expected from the website or advertising, we are able to provide a refund for you if you choose not to stay.
Let us know your concerns on the day, or send an email through in the 7 days after the event.
2. Rescheduling
While we don’t generally give refunds for a change of mind, we are happy to exchange your ticket for a more convenient date. We know that life happens, and being a Wanted Man also means being there for friends and family. If you have purchased a ticket and now can’t make the date, send us an email, or give us a call.
3. Exchange
Don’t really want to go anymore? That’s ok, make it a gift. You can transfer your ticket to a friend. Just send us an email or give us a call, and we’ll change the details (just make sure your friend knows you’ve done it!).
