1.     About this Policy

This policy sets out Wanted Man Training Pty Ltd’s undertakings to you in respect of information disclosed to us. This document does not form part of any contract between you and Wanted Man Training Pty Ltd, and can be varied as set out in clause 7.

2.   Personal Information

Personal information is information that could identify an individual. Examples of personal information include names, addresses, email addresses, and contact numbers. Except as specifically noted in clause 6, this information is obtained by Wanted Man Training Pty Ltd only through your voluntary disclosure.

We collect your personal information for the purposes of arranging training courses, answering queries, and updating you about future Wanted Man events. Your information may be used only for secondary purposes that are closely connected to these purposes.

3.    Sensitive Information

Certain personal information, including political affiliations, religious belief, sexuality and health information, is defined as ‘sensitive information’ by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For the purposes of this clause, ‘sensitive information’ includes the information defined as such in section 6 of that Act, as well as information about your interpersonal relationship(s).

We do not actively solicit sensitive information about you. If you choose to disclose such information to us through our website or in correspondence, a record of it will be maintained only as long as is necessary to accomplish the purpose for which it was disclosed. That is the only use to which sensitive information will be put. Once it is no longer necessary for us to keep a record of any sensitive information, these records will be destroyed unless otherwise required by law.

We do not keep any records of sensitive information disclosed at Wanted Man events.

We only collect information about you from you. We do not solicit information about individuals from third parties.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, for profit or otherwise.

Cookies are small files generated on your computer by websites. They are used to send information from websites to your browser, and vice-versa.

Our website, www.wantedmantraining.com.au, uses cookies to track unique visits and increase the accuracy of the number of visitors on our server logs, which can be inflated by returning visitors using different IP addresses.

Our analytics software automatically records some information about visitors for the purposes of analysing engagement with the site. This information includes: IP addresses, pages visited, length of time spent on the site, and level of engagement with the site. We do not identify users or their browsing identification unless required by law.
